    Preparation

    Box contents: 1 bag for 200 ml of milk (whole milk is preferable) and 200 ml ok COOKING CREAM.

    DIRECTIONS: pour 200 ml of milk and 200 ml of cooking cream in a rounded bowl. Dissolve the whole bag content in mix and whip until a smooth cream is obtained. Pour in molds and let cool in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator, sprinkle with cane sugar and caramelize sugar by putting in hot oven for a few minutes or with gas jet and serve.
