    Ingredients

    Lemongrass *,ginger*40%,lemon myrtle*,lemon peels*5%,liquorice root*,cardamom(*organic ). Contains liquorice:avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension.

    Preparation

    Hot: Use one filter for each cup. Add bolling water without pouring directly on filter so it does not inflate. Brew for 5-10 min. and sweeten according to taste.

    Cold: boil one litre of water. Remove from stove, place 7 filter bags and let brew for 5-10 min. Sweeten and serve cold.
