Mixed fruits and flowers 96% (hibiscus, dehydrated apple morsels, rosehips, dehydrated orange peels, elderberry, dried blueberry 1%, dehydrated lemon peels, liquorice root), natural flavours. Contains liquorice. Avoid excess intake in case of hypertension.

One pod for a cup of blueberry and mixed fruits infusion (120 ml.). Sweeten to taste with sugar or Honey. Vary amount of water according to taste.
