Ingredients
Salt, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutammate, lactose, dried vegetables (onion and celery in variable proportions).
Preparation
Broths: one teaspoon (4g) in a cup with 250ml of water.
Soups: 4 teaspoons (16g) in one liter of boiling water. Cook with pasta, rice, vegetables. Excellent for tortellini, anolini in broth and as an addition to the cooking water for dry tortellini and ravioli.
Condiments: distributed in small doses directly on the dishes during cooking, enhances the flavor of meat, fish, risotto, sauces, vegetables and tomatoes.
